International audience; This work is presenting a semiotic point of view of a promising but problematic tool of the communication field -eye-tracking- which is used in various fields to track and exploit the eye-path on an object. Drawing form a list of eye-paths on various packagings, the first step of the analysis was the identification without theoretical a priori- of fixed patterns in these paths.
